Registration Process:

*   All the accepted papers will be published in the WAIRCO International Journal. This journal will be released at the conference venue.


Once your paper is accepted, the registration begins. You have to complete the following FOUR steps.

Step 1: Registration Fee
It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper must register in order to appear the accepted paper in the Journal Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper has to be registered separately. Each paper is restricted to 6 pages. Extra fee will be charged for each page. Also note that, those who want to have print media (hard copy) of the Journal Proceedings, they have to pay extra fee along with the registration fee.

Step 2: Copyright transfer
All authors have to sign (for their individual paper) copyright transfer agreement form. Scan and send your completed copyright forms to the following email ID only francejuly2022@wairco.org .

Step 3: Camera ready paper submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard WAIRCO format of Microsoft Word Document only. Failing which will result in rejection. Maximum allowed pages for each paper is 6 pages. Each extra page will be charged additionally (see step 1 for more information).
Send your camera ready paper to only francejuly2022@wairco.org .

Step 4: Registration
